回顧剛進職場時,就明白受薪制度是個滯涸
在環境的驅使下,人會成長,但不可能卓越
多數人滿足於機制創造的安逸,止步守成,深怕一旦跨出,掀了無知(能)的底
為了證實此觀點,在職期間進行多項組織實驗,提出五項贏家領域,缺一,就算成功也得留意倖存者偏誤:
1.貫徹意志
2.思維殿堂
3.強韌心理
4.雄厚資本
5.最適機率
綜上,造就不斷在市場獲利的完美人設
是戰略級的「人工」智慧,迄今仍持續優化
人,很奇妙,既懶散又自大,根源於認知不足,形同愚蠢
愈是怠於自省,愈易犯下低級錯誤,無礙於種族、性別、學識、地位等
因此,市場參與的90%輸家只是重蹈財富外移的覆轍,然後世襲
真正的強大,是能透過相對全知的視角審視事件的本質,導引局勢朝對自己有利的方向發展
這樣的能力,很樸實,但需要時間與毅力累積形塑,不符短視近利的時代精神
高手鳳毛麟角,相較於抱怨制度/環境,不如努力讓自己值得,接著脫離/開除無效率的團隊
以此反論,再龐大的群體也僅是烏合之眾的乘積
與其戀棧,應當反思是否具備離群的底氣與才能
切勿將「身不由己」美化成「心甘情願」,企圖掩飾失當的行為表徵
跛腳的驢不可能日行千里,而我,善於鑑識

Looking back on when I first entered the workplace, I realized that the salaried system was stagnant.
Driven by the environment, people will grow, but they cannot be outstanding.
Most people are satisfied with the comfort created by the mechanism and stay in the status quo. They are deeply afraid that once they step out, they will reveal their ignorance (incompetence).
In order to confirm this point of view, I conducted a number of organizational experiments during my tenure and proposed five winner features. If one is missing, they must pay attention to the survivor bias even if succeed:
1. Persistent will.
2.Thinking Palace.
3. Mental toughness.
4. Abundant capital.
5. Optimum probability.
To sum up, create a perfect personality that can continuously make profits in the market.
It is strategic-level "artificial" intelligence and is still being optimized to this day.
People can’t be recognized. They are lazy and arrogant. It is rooted in lack of knowledge and is similar to stupidity.
The more lazy you are about introspection, the easier it is to make low-level mistakes, regardless of race, gender, knowledge, status, etc.
Therefore, 90% losers who participate in the market just repeat the mistake of transferring wealth outward, and then inherit.
Real strength is the ability to examine the nature of events from a relatively omniscient perspective and guide the situation to develop in a direction that is beneficial to oneself.
Such ability is very simple, but it requires time and perseverance to accumulate and shape, and it is not in line with the short-sighted spirit of the times.
There are very few masters. Instead of complaining about the system/environment, it is better to work hard to make yourself worthy, and then leave/fire the ineffective team.
On the contrary, no matter how large a group is, there are just a bunch of the mobs.
You should consider whether you have the confidence and ability to stand out from the crowd.
Do not beautify "involuntarily" as "willingly" in an attempt to cover up inappropriate behavior.
