美國政府跟其他政府的態度卻不是你說得如此.
愛台灣不代表要違反國際法也要用騙的,也不代表要讓台灣與盟邦陷入戰爭,簡單說馬叛國總統先生的彭佳嶼行為是一場很爛的Political show.

首先台灣並不是主權國家,只是一個美國聯邦政府的保護政府,再來依照美國聯邦政府的認定,尖閣諸島是屬於日本政府,這是美國聯邦政府移交主權給與日本的法律事實,台灣跟中國無權主張相關法律上的主權定義,
民進黨依照國際法認定,反對侵略侵犯他國領土,有任何錯誤?

民進黨主席說的沒錯,同樣的民進黨的主張很簡單,依照國際海洋法,台灣跟尖閣諸島附近海域的經濟海域重疊,所以民進黨的主張只要求回復到1998年時期簽訂的草約,也就是台灣持有尖閣諸島的漁業權跟資源開採權,至於主權,台灣沒有必要去獲取.

日本侵犯台灣的漁業與資源開採權,這是基於台灣人(馬英九為主的中國國民黨派系)先違反日本的國際協議,造成的,所以基於法律狀況,各國外交人士,都支持民主進步黨的做法,不隨中國起舞彌補馬英九與中國國民黨造成的裂痕,然後重新獲得漁業權與資源開採權.
所以真的是本文所謂的(民進黨竟然不是選擇和台灣同邊，而從側翼掩護日本)還是不與中國侵略者同台,保護台灣最大利益?

同樣的我想問,如果中國國民黨的主張是堅持認為尖閣諸島屬於台灣,為什麼台灣總統會拒絕讓馬先生登陸尖閣諸島?
馬英九不敢登島的主要原因就是,他之道,他若上尖閣諸島,他將會被3個國家(F.R,U.S,J)的艦隊聯合包圍並且逮捕,所以他真的有這個膽子?

同樣的依照國際法與歷史,尖閣諸島根本不屬於中國,寫出上面那篇文章的人,簡單說根本沒有一點歷史與法律常識
同樣的台灣人更不是甚麼狗屁中華民族,所以無恥的中國人與中國國民黨主張根本說穿了就是"民族主義至上"而且他們還搞不清楚民族主義的定義,簡單說他們的話都是謊言,實在讓人聽不下去.
世界各國在領土主權雖然很少有甘心退讓,但是世界各國在爭議領土上的部分,幾乎沒有向中國與中國國民黨一樣毫不要臉,說謊變造,捏造史料跟法律文件的,說真的中國政府跟中國國民黨的行為,何只非常難看,簡直是無恥至極的強盜.

中國人如何對台灣人採取了種族迫害，請擺事實，講道理。
另外，你不停地宣揚美國多好，日本多好，美國多偉大，難道這就不是以國家為基礎的國家主義或者就是民族主義？？
中國是多元化的民族構成，政府對少數民族的各種優惠政策，漢人有時都看不下眼，為這個事不少漢人還在網路上發言抗議政府的少數民族優惠政策，難得你還說中國採取種族迫害，真是顛倒黑白，混淆是非。

可是依照國際慣例,宣佈子約被廢棄前必須同樣宣佈母約廢棄.
同樣的依照這個國際慣例,日本只有片面廢除子約,但是沒有廢棄母約,我請問這樣的片面行動表示什麼?
