ESPN: Lakers starting center Andrew Bynum left Friday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves because of a strained left Achilles’ tendon.

Bynum exited the game with 10 minutes 9 seconds left in the third quarter and headed to the locker room along with Lakers trainer Gary Vitti where the 7-footer remained for the rest of the game.
