恐懼，會傳染；貪婪，令人瘋狂
有別於數理的公理體系，人文學科講究的是邏輯推演
換言之，經濟、政治等只有最佳解，沒有絕對解，一切歸結於成敗機率
決策的產生，基於資料蒐整、資訊判讀、前提界定與關鍵取捨
唯二的變數是環境因子與集體意識，決定最後的成敗
團隊能做的，是隨局勢修正，或評斷後持平，而非僵固、一意孤行
真正價值即在於此，反之，若不具備前述機制，就應獨立思考，在權限內自主行動，切勿沈淪
理性(智)，會因恐懼與貪婪而質變，惟可藉紀律、高度認知、心理素質抗衡，提升成功機率
Fear is contagious; greed is maddening.
Different from the axiomatic system of Mathematics, the Humanities focus on logical deduction.
In other words, economics, politics, etc… only have the best solution, but there is no absolute solution. Everything boils down to the probability of success or failure.
Decision-making is based on data collection, information interpretation, premise definition and keypoint trade-offs.
The only two variables are environmental factors and collective consciousness, which determine the final success or failure.
What the team can do is to revise with the situation, or to maintain a balance after judgment, rather than being rigid and willful.
The real value appears here. On the contrary, without the aforementioned mechanism, people should think and act independently within their own authority, and do not idle away with others.
Rationality (intelligence) will change qualitatively due to fear and greed, but it can be countered by discipline, high cognition, and psychological quality to improve the probability of success.
