交易，是以既有資源交換期望的權限
以此衍生各種不同形式，複雜之至，令人忽略根本定義
因此，容易迷惑、上當，採不正確的價值主張進行買賣
以買屋/租房為例，兩者均是機會成本的交易
很多人都聽過「買不如租」，或「先租後買」的論調
然而，通常沒有人追蹤這類說法者的後續發展，根據觀察：
1.選擇租屋而不買房的人，儘管一開始生活壓力較小且充滿彈性選項，然因薪資趕不上資產增幅，極有可能一輩子困在房東的牢籠裡，最後遭某種緣故(年老、多病、斷炊等)驅逐
2.選擇先租屋，將資金投入市場，期以資本利得購屋者，往往抵不住周期/風險震盪而失利，輔以失業衝擊，被迫遞延、更改或取消計畫，甚至落得後半輩子租屋的下場
3.踏入職場初期就在合適的地點貸款買房，雖然生活因此倍感緊蹙，但以擁有安居處所為前提強迫儲蓄似乎是最殷實的作法，既享資產增值潛力(未來換屋/投資金源)，也有助於家庭與社會安定
4.不具備財經識別力者，通常會選擇規避短期痛苦(1.2.)，放棄長期利益(3.)
變，是市場常態；應變，是投資人該有的修煉
不論能力或態度，皆需刻意培植；多數人選擇信賴，將自己的工作委派他人，錯失成長機會
合作確實可發揮綜效，但問題是：「一旦從庶務解放，時間轉用的機制與規畫為何？」
單憑簡短提問便知對方是否自律，知易行難；值得信賴且有能力和道德的人本是鳳毛麟角，非常人所能及
見識不足、努力不夠只會吸引狐群狗黨，誠心相待不但浪費生命，且偏離現實
交易是認識自己最好的方式，能認清自身能力與環境限制，更容易在多變的市場裡存活
與其費心追逐市場趨勢，不如靜候周期回歸；選擇丟骨頭的時機和方向，引導主人與狗的未來走勢

蒐集、解讀、研判資訊的成效與投資獲益息息相關，每個人都認為自己在做決策，但市場裡90%以上純屬附和
懂得道理只是基本，當人們都汲汲於捍衛自身觀點時，唯有膽與識兼備，交易才大有可為
Trading is exchanging existing resources for desired permissions.
This leads to various forms, which are so complex that people ignore the basic definition.
Therefore, it is easy to be confused, deceived, and buys/sells with incorrect value propositions.
Take buying or renting a house as an example. Both are transactions with opportunity costs.
Many people have heard the sayings of “buying is worse than renting” or “rent first and buy later”.
However, no one usually tracks the subsequent developments of such claims, based on observations:
1. People who choose to rent rather than buy a house, although they have less pressure in life and more flexible options at the beginning, are very likely to be trapped in the landlord's cage for life because their salary cannot keep up with the increase in assets, and eventually be evicted for some reason (old, illness, lack of money, etc.)
2. Those who choose to rent a house first and invest their money in the market in the hope of capital gains often fail to withstand the cycle/risk shocks and lose money. Coupled with the impact of unemployment, they are forced to postpone, change or cancel their plans, and even end up renting a house for the rest of their lives.
3. Taking out a loan to buy a house in a suitable location at the beginning of career. Although this may make life more difficult, forcing to save for a good place to live seems to be the most practical approach. This not only allows you to enjoy the potential for asset appreciation (future home purchase/investment funds), but also helps stabilize family and society.
4. Those who lack financial discernment usually choose to avoid short-term pain (1.2.) and give up long-term benefits (3.).
Change is the norm in the market; adaptability is what investors should practice.
Whether it is ability or attitude, it needs to be cultivated deliberately; most people choose to trust and delegate their work to others, missing out on growth opportunities
Collaboration can indeed bring about synergy, but the question is: "Once we are freed from the chores, what are the mechanisms and plans for using time?"
It is easier said than done, and knows whether a person is self-disciplined by simply asking a question; trustworthy, competent and ethical people are rare and not others can reach.
Lack of knowledge and insufficient effort will only attract the scoundrels. Being sincere with them will not only waste your life, but also deviate from reality.
Trading is the best way to understand yourself. It helps you recognize your own abilities and environmental limitations, and makes it easier for you to survive in a changing market.
Instead of chasing market trends, it is better to wait for the cycle to return; choose the time and direction by investing capitals to guide the future trend of economy and index.
