人有所執,方能有成
在正確的方向上持續堅持,就能放大成功機率
套句通俗用語,就是「搞懂遊戲規則(優勢),然後玩得比其他人好(比較)」
較為常人所忽略的優勢思維有二,未能體現者,多半庸碌一生:
1.認清自身人格特質
2.在1.的基礎上充分拓展

以個人為例,人格特質概分三個心眼:疑心、決心、狠心
疑人不用,用人需疑,甚至自己,都疑
人或許可信,但人性不可;儘管人類受群體意識制約,不具質疑與思辯的能耐將直接影響存續
多數成功經驗主張與人謀事,過度強調取信他人與建立形象的重要性
實際上,單純的信賴若無機制管控,無法重現成功
而機制,雖滿足了嚴謹,但總缺乏人情溫度

處事應當謹慎,切勿猶疑不決
世態發展充滿不確定性,機會因此藏匿其中
每個人都自詡果決,然若無客觀的評價依據,何以見得!?
個人認為,可從行為的判別著手:
1.詢問對方如何確信自己果斷
2.再問其怎麼培養該能力,還是與生俱有
3.請對方舉實例證明所述,鉅細靡遺
4.觀察並解讀下意識舉措揭露的訊息
藉上述程序,通常可以辨識10%是假貨、50%是半調子、35%是可造之材、5%是貨真價實
不用說,看到這段文字的你(妳),應該自認為是那5%吧,請回顧步驟1.~4.(自以為是的60%)

事不會添亂,唯有人誤事
再加上制度/人為不公,就會產生惡性循環,團隊內捲
狠心,是理性的終極面貌,在金融業屢見不鮮
銀行總是晴天送傘、雨天收傘,對富人寬待、對窮人苛刻
因為它明白,創造贏面與價值的永遠是對的人,與正確的趨勢
「集中資源創造優勢,獲取超額報酬,再假借剩餘分配拉攏弱勢,以此形塑現今的政治資本主義」
倘覺社會不公、際遇坎坷,代表你不夠強到令他人予以關注

基於三個心眼,在投資領域實踐恰如其分
對所有消息存疑,查證與思辨
在決策前,運用所學通徹審認
斷然處置不良資產,傳承教訓
重塑思維邏輯架構,優化策略
只須跟自己對話,不用聽他人廢話
不約而同,符合最小省力原則:
「保持專注,即可發揮比較優勢,超越預期」

Only when people have something to hold on to can they achieve success.
Keep going in the right direction and you will have a better chance of success.
In layman's terms, it means "understanding the rules of the game (advantage) and playing better than others (comparison)".
There are two kinds of superior thinking that are often overlooked by ordinary people. Those who fail to realize them will probably live a mediocre life:
1. Recognize your own personality traits.
2. Expand on the basis of 1.

Taking myself as an example, personality traits can be divided into three categories: suspicion, determination, and cruelty.
Don’t employ people you doubt, and doubt people you employ, even doubt yourself.
People may be trustworthy, but human nature cannot; although humans are constrained by group consciousness, the inability to question and think critically will directly affect their survival.
Most successful experiences advocate working with others and overemphasize the importance of gaining the trust of others and building an image.
In fact, trust without mechanism control cannot reproduce success.
Although the mechanism meets the requirements of rigor, it lacks human warmth.

Be cautious in your actions and don't hesitate.
The world is full of uncertainty, and opportunities are hidden inside.
Everyone claims to be decisive, but how can we know if there is no objective basis for evaluation?
I think it can be started by judging the behavior:
1. Ask the other people how they can be confident that they are decisive.
2. Ask them how to develop this ability or whether it is innate.
3. Ask them to give examples to prove what they said, focusing on every detail.
4. Observe and interpret the messages revealed by subconscious actions.
Through the above procedure, we can usually identify 10% of people as fake, 50% as immature, 35% as practical, and 5% as genuine.
Needless to say, people who are reading this probably think you are in that 5%. Please review steps 1 to 4 (the 60% who think they are always right).

Things don't cause trouble, only people make things worse.
Coupled with institutional/human injustice, a vicious cycle will occur, and the team will be involuted.
Ruthlessness is the ultimate manifestation of rationality, which is common in the financial industry.
Banks always give out umbrellas (money) when it is sunny (optimistic) and take them away when it rains (pessimistic). They are lenient to the rich and harsh to the poor.
Because it understands that it is always the right people and trends that create winning opportunities and value.
"Concentrating resources to create advantages, obtaining excess returns, and then using the surplus distribution as a pretext to win over the disadvantaged, thus shaping today's political capitalism."
If you feel that society is unfair and your life is difficult, it means that you are not strong enough to attract others' attention.

Based on three traits, practice appropriately in the investment field.
Be skeptical of all news, verify and think critically.
Before making a decision, use what you have learned to thoroughly review.
Decisively dispose non-performing assets and pass on lessons.
Reshape the logical structure of thinking and optimize strategies.
Just talk to yourself, don't listen to other people's nonsense.
Coincidentally, it complies with the principle of minimum effort:
"Stay focused, you can leverage your comparative advantages and exceed expectations."
