奧古斯丁.方爲當今世界詠春界頂尖人物.此部詠春教學堪稱巨作. 在這部長達7小時的教學里.可以讓所有沒入門或剛入門的朋友成爲詠春高手,也可以讓有一定基礎的朋友更上一層樓.詠春所有技術,訓練幾乎全部包含在內了。
奧古斯丁.方出生於澳門，自幼喜愛武術。1960年，他有幸師從何金銘學習詠春拳。何金銘是葉問的早期弟子，當時剛剛開始在澳門傳授詠春拳，
奧古斯丁.方毫不猶豫的拜在了他的門下，成爲何金銘的首徒。
1967年，奧古斯丁.方移居香港，並在何金銘開設的詠春學校任教兩年。
1969年，奧古斯丁.方移民美國並開始傳授詠春拳，1973年，在朋友和****的支持下開設了自己的學校，這是美國西南部的第一所詠春學校。
1990年，奧古斯丁.方被美國詠春拳委員會任命爲裁判長，並爲“詠春黐手競賽”制定比賽規則。
奧古斯丁.方出版過八本關於詠春拳的著作，拍攝了七部詠春拳教學片，經過多年的努力，他的學校已經成爲美國最好的詠春功夫學校之一。現在，奧古斯丁.方已經建立了自己詠春學會“方氏詠春功夫國術總會”。
這位大師是海外華人，身手非常敏捷。他的詠春風格不像其它人的那麽細膩，而是比較粗犷。
CD1 詠春拳築基
本教學片內容包括詠春拳基本步法、手法、拳法、腿法以及一些功力訓練，拳掌手臂硬度的強化，黐腿等等，幾乎涵蓋了詠春拳的所有基本要素，是一部不可多得的詠春拳入門教程。
CD2 詠春拳小念頭
本片由方師父示范，前半部分爲詠春拳基本攻防手法，內容包括單人訓練，實戰應用，雙人對拆；后半部分爲詠春拳小念頭套路與實戰應用技巧。
CD3 詠春拳尋橋
本片由方師父示范，詠春拳基本技術尋橋及在實戰中的應用
CD4 詠春拳標指
本片由方師父示范標指套路訓練(慢鏡演示)。中高級招式。訓練及應用。 黐手訓練(包括倆人，三人式。均爲訓練手臂聽勁的高級訓練。三人式的教學極爲罕見。可謂詠春系不可輕傳的內容)。
CD5 詠春拳木人樁
本教學片由何金銘（葉問宗師的****）首徒，“方氏詠春功夫國術總會”的創立者奧古斯丁.方示范，講授詠春拳木人樁技法及實戰應用技術。
CD6 詠春拳器械
本片是目前能見到最系統的傳授詠春拳器械八斬刀與六點半棍技法的教學片，片中不僅詳細的示范講解每一個分解動作，並且還包括每一種技法的實戰應用教學以及多角度的組合套路教學。
CD7 詠春拳高級黐手訓練
