ILOILO CITY, Philippines—Police have arrested a resort cook for the alleged rape of a British tourist in Boracay recently.

菲律賓伊洛伊洛市電－最近警方已經逮捕在長灘島涉嫌強姦英國遊客的度假村廚師

Senior Inspector Joeffer Cabural, head of the police’s Boracay Tourist Assistance Center (BTAC), said the rape charge has been filed at the Aklan provincial prosecutor’s office in Kalibo last Monday against Carlo San Jose, 36.

長灘島旅客諮詢中心(BTAC)的警方負責人，高級督察傑弗·卡布羅表示說，針對36歲卡羅·聖荷西的強姦案，在上個月星期一已經交給在阿克蘭省卡里波的檢察官辦公室。

The victim, a 23-year-old British woman, reported the rape to the BTAC on January 26, shortly after the sexual assault took place.

受害者是23歲的英國女性，在1月26日也就是性侵發生後不久，就向旅客中心(BATC)通報自己被強姦。

Cabural said the woman and San Jose, who works as a cook in the resort where the victim had been staying, had a drinking spree the night before the alleged rape.

卡布羅說，受害女子和在那裡工作的廚師聖河西一直待在度假村，在性侵發生前整夜喝酒狂歡。

The woman told police that when she became intoxicated, the suspect did not bring her back to the resort but to a staff house in Barangay Balabag in Boracay where the alleged rape occurred.

女子告訴警方，當她喝醉時嫌犯沒有帶她回度假村，而是到長灘島巴朗圭巴拉貝(Barangay Balabag)的員工宿舍，在那裡發生性侵。

The woman also underwent medical examination, which showed signs of rape, Cabural said.

San Jose, now at the BTAC, denied raping the woman and claimed that she was his girlfriend.

“Even if they are lovers, it does not mean necessarily mean that there was no rape because there is even marital rape,” Cabural said.

1. How can a tourist be a lover at the same time? Guess, in his mind, it can be done.
2. How can he not know that forced entry or sex is not regular lovers' sex but rape? Is he mal-educated, wrongly educated or just playing innocent?

Calling our educators of our youth in schools, please define and describe properly what rape is all about. And make sure, they understand and describe it, okey?

I wonder what went wrong, the Filipino cook might have lack of patience otherwise these women would willingly do sex with their buddies specially if there are no long term attachments.

I am a frequent visitor to Boracay. I love it there. It is normal to see pretty, hot and sexy female caucasians and Asians "mingling" with locals. Last time I there in Jan. 4, there was one really pretty and gorgeous caucasian, obviously drunk, petting with two below average local at a popular disco pub in Boracay.
I don't blame the cook. Maybe he had several experience with tourists there and he played it too cocky and went all the way when the British tourist might just want to flirt at that time. Maybe his "experience" with tourists worked against him this time. I don't know, we don't know the real circumstances.

Well, it looks like Chinese people should take more attention when taking a trip to Philippines.
They like white skin gals and why is that? Because they can't get them but wanna own by raping someone else. We can see how bad that Filipino are leering at white female tourists and their mind is so dirty.
