一個人跑得快,但要走得遠,必須結伴
這似乎是人類社會顯學,源於遠古時期的環境條件與基因
不過,與人同行是否為邁向遠方的必要條件?還是誤信彼此直接就地正法!
以機率來看,後者發生的可能性更高

基本上,合作的確比離群更有優勢,尤其在尚未認清自身特質,與培植潛能的階段
猶如孩童需親屬哺育,才有機會豐滿羽翼
在適當時機予以支持,以開放視角審認結果,即正確的投資態度
錯過了將無法追溯,僅能就現有基礎補正

態勢反轉(離群)的契機,是團隊面臨不可逆的處境,如:
1.自尊過度膨脹,不再虛心求教
2.處心積慮守成,漠視機會成本
3.缺乏道德勇氣,無法秉持當責
4.目標不一致,或沒有共同願景
許多人誤以為上述是領導/管理階層的態樣,實則每個人均有可能犯錯,只是不自知

以缺工為例~
身為雇主,若僅調高薪資福利,畫個大餅,就能吸引優質人力嗎?還是拐瓜劣棗
作為雇員,在職場朝三暮四,可曾積極培養符合人格特質的才能!預為將來鋪路
媒體/評論員總以外送員待遇為標竿,細數各行業缺陷,卻未正視經驗(歷)傳承與累積/叠代效應,亟需時間與堅持
「事務性工作所獲薪資、能力與經驗,無法對當事人的現狀及未來起到突創性功效」
做任何事,先搞清楚選擇/話語權的性質與歸屬,讓自己符合基本要件
反觀企業主,嘗試轉型為投資與併購方,規避競逐人力的紅海,才能搭上成長的第二曲線

真相枯燥,不如繁華吸睛;時代精神如此,眾皆短視,且膚淺
人類不若蜉蝣,無數個朝暮值得開拓與探索
行為、精神一旦停滯,等同插管治療,仰賴機制維生
或可解釋為安逸的確幸,但是、千萬…
當「不如預期」來臨時,切勿悔恨、抱怨
沒人在乎你的意願及感受,在該努力時選擇放鬆(棄),就只能承擔與面對

A person can run fast, but to go far, one must be in company.
This seems to be a manifestation of human society, originating from environmental conditions and genes in ancient times.
But is walking with others a necessary condition for going a long way? Or do they mistakenly believe each other, resulting in being forced to accept the consequence!
In terms of probability, the latter is more likely to happen.

Basically, cooperation does have more advantages than isolation, especially when one has not yet recognized his own characteristics and cultivated his potential.
Just like a child who needs to be nurtured by relatives before he has the chance to mature.
Provide support at the appropriate time and review the results with an open perspective, that is, the correct investment attitude.
If you miss it, you will not be able to trace it back. You can only make corrections based on the existing basis.

The opportunity for situation reversal (outlier) is when the team faces an irreversible situation, such as:
1. Over-inflated self-esteem and no longer humbly ask for advice.
2. Focus on success and ignore opportunity costs.
3. Lack of moral courage and inability to uphold responsibility.
4. Inconsistent goals or no shared vision.
Many people mistakenly think that the above is what leadership/management looks like. In fact, everyone is likely to make mistakes, but they just don’t know yet.

Take the lack of workers as an example~
As an employer, can we attract high-quality manpower if we just increase wages and benefits and spread vision? Or we eventually employ people without right attitude.
As an employee, as you linger in the workplace, have you ever actively cultivated talents that match your personality traits? Pave the way for the future.
The media/commentators always use the treatment of delivery workers as a benchmark, detailing the shortcomings of various industries, but fail to face the inheritance and accumulation/iteration effect of experience, which urgently needs time and persistence.
"The salary, ability and experience obtained from routine work cannot have a breakthrough effect on one’s current situation and future."
Before doing anything, first understand the nature and ownership of choice/discourse rights, and make yourself meet the basic requirements.
On the other hand, business owners must try to transform into investors and M&A parties to avoid the red ocean of competition for manpower, so that they can catch the second curve of growth.

The truth is boring and not as eye-catching as prosperity; the spirit of the times is such that everyone is short-sighted and superficial.
Human beings were not like ephemeras, there would be countless days worthy of development and exploration.
Once the behavior or spirit stagnates, it is equivalent to intubation treatment and relies on the mechanism to sustain life.
It may be interpreted as the happiness of being comfortable, but...
When "not as expected" comes, don't regret or complain.
No one cares about your wishes and feelings. If you choose to relax (give up) when you should work hard, you can only bear and face the result.
