資本主義的核心概念，是盡可能減少成本，擴大利潤
正常狀態下，任何有形商品的未來價格，均會高於現價
當然，也可能發生價格下修，原因如后：
1.成本(原物料、勞動力等)降低
2.置換包裝/概念，原價減量
3.行銷策略(綁約、搭售等)
4.供過於求
5.替代效應
因應物價易漲難跌的趨勢，身為純粹消費者的勞工階級，關注的是薪資水準與加薪潛力
以ESBI劃分，勞工屬於Employee，是低階的被支配者
很多人無法正確區別E (employee)和S (self-employed)，我的定義如下：
「任何難以脫離平台獨力獲取金錢者，均屬Employee；反之，則為Self-employed」
換句話說，軍公教警消、加盟業者、雇員等，均依恃著平台(政府、企業、公司)光環發揮功能，並給予不對等的報酬
一旦企圖擁有自主(由)，過更符合自身價值觀的生活，就必須進階Self-employed
這時將發現社會對其勞務所願意支付的金額，明顯更少且不穩定
「失去了頭銜，你什麼都不是！」
這就是多數人始終停留在第一象限的主因：
「年資漸增的同時，豐腴的只有自尊，而非能力」
回到薪資議題~
加薪勢不可擋，既屬資本主義環節，理應支持
然而，並非所有人都能受益，請衡量以下提問：
1.勞務是否同步增加，與薪資漲幅對等？
2.是否貼近物價漲勢，有效緩衝生活壓力？
3.加薪額度是依業績、職級、屬性，還是齊頭式平等？
4.有無運用額外收入的規劃(享樂、補貼、儲蓄、進修、投資等)？
5.機會成本為何？
每個人的答案都不同，但認真思索就有機會改變自己的處境與未來
進取心是種可貴的美德，能驅使人在不被吩咐前，主動執行
既要加薪，也該加心
金錢只是實現慾望的工具，人人都是分配者
身份/認知框架沒有改變，數字(量)的異動無法獲致關鍵功效
無條件獲得的，就會輕易釋出；如何留存/增值財富，才是應當著墨的課題
畢竟，薪資增幅永遠跟不上資產漲幅，總不能一輩子打工吧!?

Under normal conditions, the future price of any tangible commodity will be higher than the current price.
Of course, price cuts may also occur for the following reasons:
1. Cost reduction (raw materials, labor, etc.)
2. Replacement of packaging/concept, reduce amount but not price.
3. Marketing strategy (binding contracts, bundling, etc.)
4. Oversupply.
5. Substitution effect.
In response to the trend of prices rising, the working class, as pure consumers, is concerned about the salary level and the potential for salary increase.
According to the ESBI classification, workers belong to employees, which are low-level subordinates.
Many people cannot correctly distinguish between E (employee) and S (self-employed). My definition is as follows:
"Anyone who has difficulty leaving the platform to earn money independently is an employee; otherwise, they are self-employed."
In other words, the military, public servants, teachers, police, firefighters, franchisees, employees, etc., all rely on the halo of the platform (government, enterprise, company) to perform their functions and are given unequal compensation.
Once they attempt to have autonomy and live a life that is more in line with their own values, they must advance to self-employed.
At this time, they will find that the amount society is willing to pay for their labor is significantly less and unstable.
"Without the title, you are nothing!"
This is the main reason why most people always stay in the first quadrant:
"As the years of service increase, only self-esteem becomes abundant, not ability."
Back to the salary issue~
Salary increases are unstoppable. Since they are part of capitalism, they should be supported.
However, not everyone can be benefitted. Please consider the following questions:
1. Is the labor increased synchronously and equal to the salary increase?
2. Does it close to the price increase and effectively buffers the pressure of life?
3. Is the salary increase based on performance, rank, attributes, or just equal to everyone?
4. Is there a plan to use the extra income (enjoyment, subsidies, savings, further education, investment, etc.)?
5. What is the opportunity cost?
Everyone's answer is different, but if you think carefully, you will have the opportunity to change your situation and future.
Ambition is a valuable virtue that can drive people to take the initiative to execute without being told.
We need to increase wages and be ambitious.
Money is just a tool to realize desires, and everyone is a distributor.
If the identity/cognitive framework haven’t changed, the change of numbers (quantity) cannot achieve key effects.
What is obtained unconditionally will be released easily; how to retain/increase wealth is the topic that should be focused on.
After all, salary growth will never keep up with asset growth, and you can't work for a lifetime!? |
