To achieve something, one must constantly and repeatedly consider possible methods, approaches, resources, competition, and conflict.
Through feedback from experimentation, one can continuously revise and execute.
This thinking process shouldn't be limited to the superficial conscious level; it should be deeply rooted in the subconscious and stimulate condition.

One of the differences between exceptional and average people is the depth and breadth of their thinking.
There's no absolute rule between delusion and careful thinking. Setting aside medical conditions, the feasibility of each varies from person to person.
What you consider a delusion may be the result of someone else's careful consideration.
What you consider comprehensive may seem absurd to someone else.
