就像魔法般神奇，卻真實呈現大千世界，儘管對一般人而言，可遇不可求
那些操作自如的卓越者，究竟是神、魔，還是跨越限制的非常人!?
所謂魔法，螢光幕上是電腦特效，紙媒裡是虛構幻想，目光所及盡是「不可思議」
對史前人類而言，火焰曾是魔法；西元1600年前，電能也是魔法
而今，過往的詭譎都成了日常，人們因認知提升獲得操控能力，不再為特定事物感到驚訝與畏懼
然而，自認為無所不知，卻仍一無所知，總有些領域始終保持著神祕
詞術，是普遍但無法確實掌握的能力之一，即對意念的周延構思與合理鋪陳，精煉成簡潔語句，以述說方式驅策行為
與其說是魔法，更像直指目標的計畫/方針，詳述步驟、俾利遵循
執行效度的強弱，攸關精神力的良窳，與認知的真確
同樣的語句，因發話/接收者理解程度的不同，而有落差
以百大企業徵才為例，求職者應具備獲致理想職位與薪資的企圖心，表述語句可能為：
「我將通過○○企業的面試，獲得理想職位與待遇福利」
紙上談兵，無以興師；光說不練，匹夫稱賢
上述僅是對結果的預期，透過語言形式激發動機與自信，但仍缺串聯過程的介質(計畫構思與鋪陳)，列舉如后：
1.我的談判籌碼(性格特質、學經歷、成果、作品、人脈等)
2.解讀企業文化與市場趨勢
3.創造綜效與價值的可能性
4.錯失你可能面臨的損失與風險
5.備用方案
他人游刃有餘，蘊含篳路藍縷
努力不一定成功，但成功一定經過努力

There's a realm that's constructed and followed through words, then practiced and embodied.
It's as magic, yet it truly presents the world, though for ordinary people, it's rare to encounter.
Are those exceptional individuals who operate with such ease gods, demons, or perhaps extraordinary people who transcend limitations?
So-called magic, on screen, is computer-generated special effects; in print media, is fictional fantasy. Everything you see is the "incredible."
For prehistoric humans, fire was magic; before 1600 AD, electricity was also magic.
Now, the strange and bizarre of the past have become commonplace. Humans, empowered by enhanced cognition, no longer find certain things surprising or terrifying.
However, even those who believe they know everything still know nothing. Some fields remain mysterious.
Words magic is a universal yet elusive skill. It involves the thorough formulation and rationalization of ideas, refining them into concise sentences, and using these statements to drive action.
Rather than being a form of magic, it's more like a targeted plan or policy, detailing the steps and facilitating their implementation.
The effectiveness of execution is directly linked to the quality of one's mental strength and the accuracy of one's cognition.
The same sentence can have varying meanings depending on the level of understanding between the speaker and the receiver.
Taking the recruitment process of a top 100 company as an example, a job seeker should possess the ambition to secure their ideal position and salary. This statement might be:
"I will succeed the interview with XX Company and secure my ideal position with the right benefits."
Talking big without action is useless.
The above is merely an expectation of the outcome, stimulating motivation and confidence through language, but it still lacks the medium for connecting the processes (planning and presentation). These are listed below:
1. My bargaining chips (personality traits, educational and career background, achievements, creations, connections, etc.).
2. Understanding corporate culture and market trends.
3. Potential for creating synergies and value.
4. Losses and risks they might face if miss you out.
5. Backup plans.
Others' ease is a result of arduous struggle.
Hard work doesn't guarantee success, but success is always the product of hard work.
What you think is incredible is actually a seemingly lucky designation.
Concise words magic isn't out of reach, but practice makes perfect.
