以職場為例，就業者通常有著「重視穩定生活」、「錯誤認知風險」、「欠缺創意或資本」的僵固性
若未審時度勢，就會因恐懼失敗而無法發揮最佳適應力；應強化自身思辨與實踐力，才能引領團隊突破環境/文化禁錮

多數人更願意接觸熟悉的事物，導致思維僵化，喪失「不進則退」的正確感知
每個人都有改變的潛力，無法突破現狀是因錯誤解讀問題，只能盲目服從規範
因應時代與科技演進，個人專注力已儼然成為另類資產，卻總不經意遭有心人士掠奪，或稱雙手奉上
毋須同理(情)，在你尋求情懷慰藉的同時，總有人按著既定目標，緩慢前行
究竟哪一方，存活率更高!?

Intuitively looking into new areas and creating new perspectives is a two-dimensional cognition.
Although ordinary people don’t know the principle, they should be able to achieve it easily. It is called “association” in academic terms.

Idea projection is not a fantasy created out of thin air, but a catalyst for the reorganization of known things.
Lack of outframed thinking ability, any idea has almost no value, and there is no key drive to achieve success.
This relies on mechanisms and disciplines to interconnect knowledge and situations in different fields to change human attitudes and behaviors.

Take investment as an example. Any strategy needs to be based on doubt and confirmation. Although the entry barrier is extremely low, it is really dangerous.
Taking the workplace as an example, employed people usually have the rigidity of "valuing a stable life", "misperceiving risks", and "lack of creativity or capital".
If you fail to assess the situation, you will be unable to exert your best adaptability due to fear of failure; you should strengthen your own thinking and practical skills to lead the team to break through environmental/cultural constraints.

Most people prefer to contact familiar things, which lead to rigid thinking and loss of the correct perception of "if you don't advance, you will retreat."
Everyone has the potential to change. Failure to break through the status quo is due to misinterpretation of problems and can only blindly obey norms.
In response to the evolution of the times and technology, personal concentration has become an alternative asset, but it is always inadvertently robbed by others. Moreover, they give it with both hands.
There is no need for empathy, while you are seeking emotional comfort, there are always people moving forward according to the set goals.
Which side has a higher survival rate!?
